Milestone Staffing & Training Limited hires nursing, therapy, recruit international student and allied professionals nationally, and is a leading full-service, one-stop staffing firm for all your per diem, contract, travel, or permanent placement needs.

2. The term “service” refers to the fact that all orders will receive the same high level of attention. Clients will be kept up to date on the status of their orders on a regular basis.

3. Any employee who does not call or show up for a confirmed assignment as scheduled will be fired and placed on a no-rehire list.

4. All assignments are made with the full knowledge and consent of the Milestone employee(s) assigned and confirmed, based on correct and up-to-date availability, skill / experience matching, and with the full knowledge and consent of the Milestone employee(s) allocated and confirmed.

5. Communication is critical to completing a project successfully. To ensure complete accuracy, schedules and availability will be reconfirmed with each employee and client. Prior to the commencement of each per diem shift, all shifts are reconfirmed with customers and Milestone workers.

6. In all scenarios and conversations, all interactions with clients and workers will be professional and courteous.

7. All clients benefit from accreditation since all regulatory and accreditation criteria are properly followed and supported. The client’s accrediting agency will monitor, manage, and document competency, compliance, and evaluation information as needed by law.
